Anorexia; the decieving killer
As human beings, we all have thoughts about ourselves; processes that involve opinionated beliefs, no matter where they were acquired. One of the most powerful aspects of the human being is that the soul (your "self") and the mind are undoubtedly connected. When one is affected, the other is. Moreover, this influences us in terms of how we go about events in our daily life. No matterwhsat we may think, we are partial to ourselves, and act differently towards other than to our self. Humans instinctively, in times of distress or disaster, find before anything else, a way to help themselves (Then, depending on what kind of person you are, you either start helping others or continue servicing your own complications.) Nonetheless, this happens because it is an imminent problem; we see others in major turmoil: it is right there, for us to see. We have an excellent view of the situation.

Now, if there were a dificult situation with ANOTHER person, another "self", we would go right into defending ourselves. It is still an outward force; our reasoning is not impaired: DANGER.ATTACK. The real issue that I am getting at here is what happens if it is a battle that affects us? OUR mind and self? Yes, we can all understand that fighting a battle with another person is relatively easier than fighting a battle with yourself. So it is with Anorexia.

Anorexia is a disease of the mind; it is so because it affects ourthoughts/conceptions that would have initially helped us in times of distress.
